7 April 2021

SPARC was pleased to welcome three new members to the cooperative on 12 March 2021. During the festive online toast, the Municipality ofEindhoven, the Bierens Group andthe Ministry of Defence joinedour partner network. We are proud to welcome all three partners as they certainly augment the diversity within SPARC. Representation from the Higher Education i-Partnership also joined to toast. They made is clear that SPARC has their whole-hearted support.

As co-creators, each of these organisations will contribute to the development of knowledge within the ICT domain in the region via the Fontys ICT Innovation Lab. This expansion bolsters the clout of SPARC as an accelerator of practice-oriented research and knowledge generation. We greatly look forward to the results that this partnership will bring in the near future.

The first projects we aim to carry out with our new Partners in Innovation have already been planned or have already begun. Fontys University of Applied Sciences and the Bierens Group are working on an ICT & Media-related project. The city of Eindhoven has offered a big data issue for ICT and Business students to work on.

SPARC warmly welcomes all of the new members. As a cooperative, we are always open to new members with an interest in innovation and who can make a positive contribution to society. Interested? Please do not hesitate to contact us!
